How To Request Monetary Assistance
If you have found a practitioner that you are working with or would like to work with, and would like to apply for monetary assistance from the Finding Kate Foundation, please write a letter explaining what your child is experiencing and include the details of what you are currently doing and who you are seeing. We also provide monetary assistance for the expense of special diets such as gluten and casein-free, and nutritional supplements.
Address the letter to the Finding Kate Foundation Gifting Committee and email to help_educate@yahoo.com Please put the words "Foundation Gift Request" in the subject line.
